2-1/16” 15K API 6A Gate Valve Slab Type, RTJ Flange Ends, Handwheel Operated, Non Rising Stem With Stem Backseat Feature

Recently we have just completed a batch of api 6a gate valve and spare parts for our customers in Russia. The model size is 2- 1/16”15000PSI BX152.api 6a DD PU PSL3 PR2, the body material is used by integral forging AISI 4130 material, the seat seal and stem seal we use a kind of energy storage ring which is made by USA. Typical advantages include gate to seat and seat to body is metal to metal sealing, minimum numbers of parts, one-piece seat and slab gate, modified acme gate to stem thread allows gate to move back and forth, or float, to seal against the seat. The gate and seat assembly seals in both direction, and the gate and seats can be reserved for increased life. The stem shoulder can be back seated against the bonnet to isolate the stuffing box, which allows field-replacement of the stem packing while the valve is under pressure, the non-rising stem prevent a cavity pressure increase or displacement of cavity lubricant.
